The theme of this year’s Annual Report is Goodwill Strong. This year has been a year of change and transition. As a community, we have felt the effects of the pandemic. We have quickly reacted to situations that we have not had to face before. In this season of change, we have focused on building resiliency in our teams. Every day, we are grateful and impressed with our employees’ dedication to our mission, our operation and to each other.
Our mission team continues to stay consistent in providing services to help individuals to overcome barriers to employment. We have adapted to how we provide core mission services and programs through online and virtual platforms. In many ways, we pushed ourselves to create new, innovative paths that will deepen our community impact even further.
Recently, we surveyed our employees regarding a slogan that best defines their feelings about being a team member of Goodwill. Loud and clear, they are Goodwill Strong.
